The musicians’ day Lech on
Rüfiplatz is a feast for all senses:
musicians and singers from
Austria, Germany, Switzerland,
and South Tyrol will entertain
traditional music fans of all
ages. A welcome occasion to put
on your finest traditional garb!

6 th Lech Classic Festival
Because of the positive feedback
the festival will be prolonged to
six concert days in 2017. Lovers
of classical music can look
forward to famous opera choirs,
Haydn’s Creation, the Venetian
night and ‘pure classical music’
– a collection of Viennese classical
music. The brilliant opening
gala once again promises to be
the event’s great highlight.

Jazzbühne Lech
All kinds of Jazz await this year’s
visitors at Jazz Bühne Lech in
Lech’s Postgarage. In 2017 you
can look forward to these amazing
artists: Frederico Albanese,
Wolfert Brederode Trio, Yaron

Regional delicacies, musical
entertainment and an exciting
children’s programme – definitely
plenty of reasons to pay a visit to
the festival on the mountain, Fest
am Berg, by the Rüfikopf panorama
restaurant. And you do not
only get to enjoy the impressive
view of the mountains, you also
get to peek behind the scenes of
the mountain cable car.

It’s THE trail running weekend
in Lech Zürs: Arlberg läuft
(= Arlberg runs). Tannberg run,
altitude half marathon and the
subsequent regeneration run lead
you along the most beautiful
routes of the Alps. Runners
make their way over rough and
smooth, always accompanied
by the majestic mountains
around them.
3 – 4 Sept 2017
Gore-Tex Transalpine-Run
During the ultimate completion
of the trail running season 300
teams make their way from
Germany across Austria and
Switzerland to Italy. Lech am
Arlberg gets to greet the brave
participants on their first breakpoint
– with plenty of applause,
of course.

Best of the Alps Golf
Tournament
The Best of the Alps Golf Tournament
makes a stop in Lech am
Arlberg – where participants do
not only get the opportunity to
tee off at the highest-situated
course of the entire match, it
also guarantees them fabulous
views of the Schafberg. The new
9-hole course now is part of the
best courses of the Alps.

year’s 21st Philosophicum Lech.

6 th Festival LegeArtis Lech
The sixth edition of the popular
music festival under the leadership
of LegeArtis’ artistic director,
violinist Asya Sorshneva, once
more provides young artists with
a platform. Meanwhile the young
artists enchant audiences all
across Europe and in early autumn
the festival will once again
return to its birthplace Lech.
