The clutch slave cylinder should not be<br />

disassembled. Replace the cylinder as an assembly<br />

if there are any signs of leakage or if a malfunction<br />

occurs.<br />

REMOVAL<br />

1. Raiss vehicle on hoist.<br />

2. After engine exhaust has cooled, disconnect<br />

clutch line from slave cylinder.<br />

3. Remove two (2) bolts securing slave cylinder to<br />

clutch housing.<br />

CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER<br />

4. Remove slave cylinder.<br />

Note:<br />

Slave cylinder push rod does not have to be<br />

disconnected from clutch fork.<br />

INSTALLATION<br />

1. Reverse removal procedure.<br />

2. Bleed clutch. See clutch bleeding section for<br />

procedure.
