This clearly shows the effect of transistor parasitics. This design will have to be<br />

tweaked in simulation in order to make its frequency accurately match what<br />

was asked for at the start. This is best done with a simulator, carefully taking<br />

into account the effect of all stray capacitance. The results of the phase noise<br />

simulation and calculation are shown in Figure 8.46.<br />
