Participant C8’s personal details are presented on Table 5.24. He lived alone<br />

and was <strong>in</strong>dependent despite arthritis and obesity affect<strong>in</strong>g mobility. S<strong>in</strong>ce his<br />

stroke ma<strong>in</strong> activities <strong>in</strong>cluded watch<strong>in</strong>g television and walk<strong>in</strong>g to the local<br />
