The time is most accurate when the unit is doing fixes. It is less accurate but still usable when the unit is not doing fixes but the Number of Usable SVs is one or more. If the GPS UTC offset is available, the time will be in UTC. If not, the time will be in GPS. Note – GPS UTC Time Offset is the difference between GPS and UTC time standards in seconds.
