Preservation <strong>of</strong> the effectiveness <strong>and</strong> survivability <strong>of</strong> mission-relatedmilitary <strong>and</strong> nonmilitary personnel, equipment, facilities, information, <strong>and</strong>infrastructure deployed or located within or outside the boundaries <strong>of</strong> a givenoperational area.
