See also assault; comm<strong>and</strong>er, amphibious task force.(<strong>JP</strong> 3-<strong>02</strong>)regulating station — A comm<strong>and</strong> agency established to control all movements <strong>of</strong>personnel <strong>and</strong> supplies into or out <strong>of</strong> a given area.rehabilitative care — Therapy that provides evaluations <strong>and</strong> treatment programs usingexercises, massage, or electrical therapeutic treatment to restore, reinforce, or enhancemotor performance <strong>and</strong> restores patients to functional health allowing for their return toduty or discharge from the Service. (<strong>JP</strong> 4-<strong>02</strong>)rehearsal phase — In amphibious operations, the period during which the prospectiveoperation is practiced for the purpose <strong>of</strong>: (1) testing adequacy <strong>of</strong> plans, the timing <strong>of</strong>detailed operations, <strong>and</strong> the combat readiness <strong>of</strong> participating forces; (2) ensuring thatall echelons are familiar with plans; <strong>and</strong> (3) testing communications-informationsystems. (<strong>JP</strong> 3-<strong>02</strong>)reinforcing obstacles — Those obstacles specifically constructed, emplaced, or detonatedthrough military effort <strong>and</strong> designed to strengthen existing terrain to disrupt, fix, turn,or block enemy movement. (<strong>JP</strong> 3-15)reintegrate — In personnel recovery, the task <strong>of</strong> conducting appropriate debriefings <strong>and</strong>reintegrating recovered isolated personnel back to duty <strong>and</strong> their family. (<strong>JP</strong> 3-50)release altitude — Altitude <strong>of</strong> an aircraft above the ground at the time <strong>of</strong> release <strong>of</strong> bombs,rockets, missiles, tow targets, etc.relief in place — (*) An operation in which, by direction <strong>of</strong> higher authority, all or part <strong>of</strong> aunit is replaced in an area by the incoming unit. The responsibilities <strong>of</strong> the replacedelements for the mission <strong>and</strong> the assigned zone <strong>of</strong> operations are transferred to theincoming unit.
