Some Key Questions onTithing.The General Conference says:“Only conference organizations are authorized to make allocationsfrom tithe funds. The tithe is the Lord's and should be returned to thestorehouse, the conference treasury, through the member's home church.”These guidelines were adopted and voted by the General Conference ofSeventh-day Adventists Executive Committee at the Annual Council Session inWashington, D.C., October 14, 1985.
