Then, by controlling the minds of these leaders, hecan influence the multitudes according to his will.Can we continue to support conferences where not only they misuse funds, butalso where leaders, pastors, and teachers promote doctrinal errors rather thanthe true gospel messages for these last days? Can we support the apostasy,spiritualism, and unholy worship practices that have entered our institutions anddelayed Christ’s return? Individually, we must decide through prayer and theevidence in the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy as to where our tithe and offeringsshould go to ensure we are not misled. Who will we serve--lying tongues thattwist the truth or tell only half the truth? Or will we listen to that still small voicethat wants us to know the TRUTH the whole TRUTH and nothing but theTRUTH?Some fear that by supporting independent ministries, conference pastors willsuffer financially. Would this not be a good situation if it caused the leadershipto take notice and do something to remedy the apostasy? If they do not, willGod have to visit with His judgments as in the past?
