I quickly turn to the Herald who tells me, “Youlike I are a messenger. We are to provide messages and care for those weare directed to. Who we are is not important. Remember, the only namethat all should have on their lips is Jesus Christ--our Creator and Master,your Savior and Brother. The scene I have just shown you is a study allshould do not only once but many times. What your Savior did is beyondyour understanding now but will be the study of the saved for eternity.”What a shame if Pastor Wohlberg never reads this beautiful narrative to seethat “the Herald” is truly Gabriel himself. Why is he Gabriel? Because theevents of today are so very important! Can we agree that the preparation forChrist’s Second Coming is a most important event?!SummationIn a dream prior to Pastor Wohlberg’s letter, the Herald says that Ernie may callhim “the Herald” but says “who I am is not important.” In a later messageaddressing Wohlberg’s allegation, the Herald reiterates the following: “Herald isnot my name but what I am. I have said before that my real name is notimportant. I am just a messenger. The name that should be called is the nameJesus.”The Desire of Ages, p. 99Of Gabriel the Saviour speaks in the Revelation, saying that “He sentand signified it by His angel unto His servant John.” Rev. 1:1. And toJohn the angel declared, “I am a fellow servant with thee and with thybrethren the prophets.” Rev. 22:9, R. V.
