Productivity Performance
The business and professional services registered a
productivity growth of 5.0% to a level of RM77,487
in 2011 from RM73,794 in 2010 (Figure 6.11 & 6.12).
Labour cost competitiveness was sustained as
labour cost per employee which reflected returns
