work with the National Pharmaceutical Control<br />

Bureau under the Ministry of Health to introduce<br />

legislation that will cover nutraceutical products.<br />

To oversee the implementation of these EPPs, a<br />

Central Management Unit (CMU) comprising six<br />

teams aligned to the sub-sectors namely, paddy/<br />

rice, horticulture, herbs, livestock, aquaculture,<br />

and supporting services has been established<br />

under MOA. Besides interfacing with the owners<br />

identified for each EPP, the CMU will be responsible<br />

for coordination, problem solving, implementation<br />

monitoring, stakeholder engagement and<br />

synchronisation across the six teams.<br />

Progress of Entry Point Projects (EPPs)<br />

The overall aspiration of the agriculture NKEA is to<br />

bring vibrancy and dynamism to the sector. The<br />

initiatives under these EPPs are categorised under<br />
