feel in myself the strength of an ox, and both will and

Henselt listened without much comment ; and then,
to my joy, went over once more to the piano, and
once more enchanted me with tones such as he, and
he alone of all then living, could draw from the
instrument. Deeply thrilled and moved, I went
home, and mused long over all I had heard that
morning. Such memories are among the most
precious possessions of an art-nature.
