same time the first number of Henselt's Haute ecole
du piano, and the last a most advanced piece in
Eyba's ' Eational Pianoforte Teaching,' and connects
the two. Henselt prefixed to the preface of the
above a verse of Boileau, which very aptly shows
his (Henselt's) intensely rooted convictions
