here is non-local. Therefore NLSETI, being experimental and not speculative, can permit to quantitatively
prove or disprove the hypothesis of connection between intelligent beings in the universe through quantum
entanglement.
I am sure that who is largely more advanced than us did two things: a) used and manipulated the quantum void
(playing with virtual particles using them as the elements of a quantum computer) in the same way in which we do
with a silicon chip in order to order a LIBRARY of universal information of every kind; b) send deliberately
information everywhere hoping that someone catch it. Of course some persons catch the message unconsciously
but not scientifically: “they” know it and so they decided to leave a track in brainwave too in order to permit us to
demonstrate the mechanism scientifically. Our duty is to verify scientifically this and, if present, to decode the
information. Doing many trials and using many test subjects.
Fortunately this is not science fiction. Simply I think it is time to turn the page, if we really want to attempt a real
communication with alien intelligence.
Only a trick: NOT TO SPEAK OF THIS IN PUBLIC. The big problem here is that too many New Age crackpots (who
understand nothing of science and quantum theory) would immediately exploit and then spoil this. NONE (except
for scientific journals with a cryptic technical article written inside) must know, maybe not even if the experiment
were successful.
As you see what I want to do is to verify experimentally the hypotheses and this can be expressed mathematically.
Exactly in the same way in which I want to do with physical parameters of “UFOs” or similia.
Then there is also a projected experiment on plasmas. I presented it with a colleague in Salzburg four years ago at
the Naturwissenshaften during the Quantum Mind 2007 congress. Here is our poster:

The hypothesis here (based on a ton of witnesses of Hessdalen-like phenomena) is that a possible plasma-brain
connection is possible, due to the particular characteristics of plasma at specific conditions (including their very
strange DNA-like behavior, discovered by Tsytovich et al., 2007). Plasmas look to be “coherent” structures (Bohm
studied them too), but we still do not know if they are quantum coherent or not. The implications are tremendous
and I do not even dare to say about this. But I would have much to speculate.
Apart from the shy poster indicated above, publicly I continue to publish ordinary articles where these subjects are
never treated, like this last one recently published on the website of the National Research Council of Italy:

Inside the paper, among the other things, I also mention several “confinement mechanisms” of the plasma of
Hessdalen-like phenomena. Do I still believe in these mechanisms, nowadays? The answer is NO. And I say this
after a long study. Nothing spontaneous can keep a plasma self-contained for a so long time, unless it violates the
laws of physics. But this is another hot subject, on which I do not go foreword now. In the paper above what is
certain is not speculation on plasma confinement but rather the technical description of the observed behavior
that Hessdalen-like phenomena manifest after measurements have been done of some of these phenomena. Of
course having new funding for doing appropriate measurements everything will be much better.
I just end here with the note (*) above concerning the intrinsic idiocy of the SETI protocol.
* They say that a SETI signal is considered as such only if it is persistent in time, namely that it comes always from
the same alpha-delta coordinates (which of course must be detected by many observers everywhere in the world).
Correct, of course. But at the same time highly limitative. In this truly bureaucratic way of the above said protocol,
everything else is excluded, not only internal/external noise or interference (as it often happens), but also possible
high-proper motion sources, namely: possible sources transiting inside the solar system (in substance they want to
