Zalitisprimary school of Riga. Author examines issue about influence of creative classes to pupils’creativity.Author concludes that staging process greatly involves pupils, which turns motivation drivingfactors of pupils’ creativity from external to intrinsic, which is the most effective one. Thisphenomena influences overall creativity of pupils, and positively influences study process andsocial environment at school.Key words: Creativity, creative environment, motivation of creativity, influence of creativityto learning process.IevadsMūsdienās, kad ar katru dienu pieaug dzīves temps un mūs ieskauj arvien lielāks informācijasapjoms, arvien aktuālāks paliek cilvēka izdzīvošanas jautājums mainīgā vidē. Taču spēja ātripielāgoties mainīgiem apstākĜiem paăērē no cilvēka izkoptu radošumu.Pieaugošais zināšanu apjoms, kas ir jāapgūst cilvēkam skolas laikā atstāj arvien mazāku vieturadošuma attīstīšanai cilvēkā. Mācību iestādes uzraugošās institūcijas pieprasa labus sekmjurādītājus, tāpēc pedagogi pārāk „aizraujas” ar šo rādītāju sasniegšanu atstājot novārtāradošuma attīstīšanu skolēnos.Pētījuma autore darbojas kā aktrise Jelgavas Jaunajā teātrī. Turklāt, autore absolvēja KārĜaAuškāpa vadītos teātra režijas kursus. Strādājot Rīgas Valda Zālīša pamatskolā, autorei radās157
