O Lafayette, restaurante inaugurado em 2007, chegou a Salvador com uma proposta<br />
nova, em que o sabor e a arte da gastronomia seriam o seu maior diferencial.<br />
Seu conceito é baseado na curiosidade que deu origem a seu nome: Lafayette é<br />
uma das principais ruas do bairro Soho em Nova Iorque, onde se encontram vários<br />
restaurantes de diferentes estilos e nacionalidades e sua localização hoje também<br />
é na Rua Lafayete Coutinho, também chamada de Av. Contorno. A cozinha especializada<br />
na culinária mediterrânea, e sob o comando de Dudu Prado, une os sabores<br />
internacionais ao toque da culinária local, criando pratos únicos e especiais. O<br />
Lafayette teve projeto criado pelo escritório DB Arquitetos, e repaginado, em 2008,<br />
por Adriano Mascarenhas e em 2014 por Marlon Gama. Inspirado no estilo náutico,<br />
criando assim uma perfeita sintonia entre arquitetura e paisagem, já que o Lafayette<br />
está à beira da Baía de Todos os Santos, tornando o restaurante ainda mais diferenciado<br />

The Lafayette, a restaurant opened in 2007, started in Salvador with a new proposal, in<br />
which the flavor and the art of gastronomy would be its biggest highlight. Its concept is based<br />
on the curiosity that led to his name: Lafayette is one of the main streets in the Soho district<br />
of New York, where there are several restaurants of different styles and nationalities and the<br />
location today is also in the Lafayete Coutinho Street, also called Av Contorno. Specialized in<br />
Mediterranean cuisine,and under the command of Dudu Prado, its menu combines international<br />
flavors with a local cuisine touch, creating unique and special dishes. The Lafayette was<br />
created by the office DB Arquitetos, and redesigned in 2008 by Adriano Mascarenhas and in<br />
2014 by Marlon Gama. Inspired by the nautical style, it creates a perfect harmony between<br />
architecture and landscape, as the Lafayette is on the verge of Baía de Todos os Santos, it<br />
makes the restaurant more differentiated and cozy.<br />
