Or, în România, putereas-a constituit întotdeauna în niøte moduri pe care le-am putea numi „capitulative“sau „capitulaflioniste“: contracte sociale inverse, ræsturnate, încheiatenu prin transcendere delegatæ din sînul imanenflei sociale, ca mediaflie intrasocialæ,dinæuntru cætre afaræ, ci venind din afaræ spre înæuntru, impunîndu-øicondifliile øi obligîndu-øi subiecflii la infinite tranzacflii: constituindu-neca subiecfli din condiflia de obiecte. Nu ocupîndu-ne colonial, ci subordonîndu-nemascat, ca falsæ putere „proprie“, „dinæuntru“. Abandonul de suveranitateapare astfel, conform aceleiaøi structuri „apriorice“, regresiv-anihilante,ca fiind nu ulterior, ci originar-întemeietor, ca însuøi modelul ancilar deconstituire a suveranitæflii pentru români. La noi, puterea a fost întotdeaunaexterior (nu exteriorizatæ), manifestîndu-se exterior ca putere internæ, nefiindînsæ constituitæ dinæuntru. N-am generat niciodatæ, imanent social, putere,ci am exercitat o putere delegatæ, læsatæ, permisæ în mod precar (ca dreptprecarius): enclave de suveranitate pe fundal de puteri imperiale, neputîndsæ funcflioneze altfel decît derivat, mimetic imperial, în imperiu (stræin) færæimperiu. La putere delegatæ, subiectivitate temporaræ, delegatæ, precaræ, drepttemporar acordat de subiectivitate istoricæ, putere pe împrumut, cu, pentrudobîndæ. Politica româneascæ internæ a fost aproape întotdeauna, în gradediferite desigur (tocmai în aceasta øi constînd istoricitatea ei), putere acceptatæ,agreatæ, tranzacflionatæ: putere exterioaræ mascatæ, suveranitate îngæduitæ– nesuveranitate deplinæ care tocmai de aceea a øi putut sæ înnebuneascæsau sæ se prosteascæ atît de des. Færæ temelii proprii, puterea øi-a încercatîntregirea, constituirea de fapt prin totali(tari)zæri ale societæflii. Numai puterileim-proprii devin abuzive, nesubtil masive øi masificante. O astfel de puterenu se poate visa, organic, biopoliticæ. Forcingul ceauøist a dovedit-o. Numaiputerile organice (la care noi sîntem condamnafli doar, neîncetat, sæ visæm)pot ajunge sæ se împleteascæ cu societatea, ocupîndu-se de corp øi de organism:social, individual etc. Puterile primite, delegate din afaræ spre înæuntruøi de sus în jos, nu dinæuntru spre afaræ øi de jos în sus, nu au putere,doar preleveazæ. Nefiind crescute din populaflie, concrescute deodatæ cuaceasta, pot cel mult sæ fantasmeze „popoare“, neputîndu-le însæ øi cultivaagro-cratic.Conform acestei structuri privind lucrurile, abandonul, starea activæ øidestructiv-reflexivæ de abandon apare ca inevitabilæ øi primordialæ, întemeietheinvisible feeds the invisible. The social invisible comes from the “action”of shutting one’s eyes, of keeping them obstinately shut in the undeclaredpurpose of not seeing ourselves. Thehistory of regimes of power and power regimes in Romania has been interiorizedand practically sedimented as social habitude. Or, in Romania, powerhas always been constituted in “capitulative” ways: reverse social contracts,drawn not through delegated transcendence from the social immanence, asintrasocial mediation, from inside out, but from outside in, imposing conditionsand making mandatory for its subjects to infinite transactions: buildingup as subjects from the condition of objects. Not occupying us like a colony,but subduing us as false power of our own, from the inside. The abandonof sovereignty is also, according to the same a priori regressive-annihilatingstructure, originating-founding instead of ulterior, like the ancillary modelof sovereignty constitution for the Romanians. For us, the power has alwaysbeen exterior (not exteriorized), manifesting in exterior as internal powerwithout being constituted inside. We have never generated power, immanentsocial, but exercised a delegated power, allowed precariously (as jusprecarius): enclaves of sovereignty on the background of imperial powerfunctioning only as a derivate, mimetically imperial, within a (foreign)empire without empire. To delegated power, temporary subjectivity, delegated,precarious, temporary permit for historical subjectivity, power as aloan with interest. Domestic Romanian politics has always been, in differentdegrees of course (this is its only history), an accepted power, agreed on,transacted: masked exterior power, permitted sovereignty – full un-sovereigntythat for this very reason has gone made or has made a fool of itselfso many times. Without proper foundations, the power attempted its constitutionthrough society totali(tari)zation. Only im-proper powers become abusive,massive and massifying. Such a power cannot dream to be, organically,bio-politic. Ceaøescu’s forcing has proved it. Only the organic powers (thatare but a dream for us) can achieve blending with the society taking careof the body and the organism: social, individual etc. The received power,delegated from outside in and from upside down, have no power, they onlytake. As they don’t grow from the population all they can do is, at most,to fantasize “people” without being able to cultivate them agro-cratically.According to this structure, abandon, the active and destructive-reflexivestate of abandon appear as inevitable and primordial, founding: throughabandon – the so-called “Aurelian’s withdrawal” – we are born, “Caesarean”,that is we live in Caesarian like simulation. Romanian subjectivity, at all itslevels, is unconstituted, it can self-destruct but cannot keep up as object.A subjectivity that is precariously allowed can only subsist through abandon.Abandoned power and sovereignty through abandon, power of theabandon, power to maintain only as abandon.147
