Observationsabout regional Action with national Importace.Right wing of the party (Vlastimil Tusar) was too weak to face them. In this situation, the “rightcentre” faction (J. Stivín, J. Prokeš) was created within the second biggest party branch – that ofOstrava district –, which helped to keep this branch for reformist powers. Although the reformistminority of the party did not become the majority, it strengthened enough.
