The emphasis is stressed to period after the Second World War. The Kysuce´sinhabitants played very important role in industrialisation of Ostrava region. The job in the Ostrava industryfactories was very attractive for them, not only for economic reasons, but also because the attractive environmentand life style. Kysuce´s inhabitants acquired financial aids to improve the quality of them lives, including qualityof the housing, clothing and meal. Ostrava region on the other side acquired the necessary workers. The workingdeparture of Kysuce´s workers had at the first an economic reason and it had positive and negative impact andpersists to contemporary time. From the end of the 80th last century in the working migration decreasing mainly byreason of progressive process of economic change and drop of coal mining.316
