Results: Results show a multiple differentiation ability of gland stem cells,<br />
when preconditioned with endothelial differentiation medium, a tremendous<br />
change in morphology and the expression of the endothelial<br />
markers Tie-2 (LacZ) and vWF were observed. More important, these<br />
glands stem cells showed endothelial behavior, including formation of<br />
capillary like structures in different surfaces, and incorporation of ac-<br />
LDL. In vivo, cells were implanted in a nude mice full skin defect and<br />
3 weeks later vascularization in the wound area was quantified. Results<br />
