Creating a new cluster<br />

Create a new cluster using the Builder.<br />

Important:<br />

If you create a new cluster, the cluster configuration data that has been edited will be discarded.<br />

Be sure to save the required data be<strong>for</strong>e you create a new cluster.<br />

1. On the menu bar, click File and then click Create New File.<br />

2. If you made changes in the cluster configuration data, a dialog box asks if you want to save<br />

them be<strong>for</strong>e they are discarded. Click Yes to save the changes. A dialog where you can<br />

specify a folder to save the cluster configuration data is displayed. If you do not want to<br />

save the changes, click No. For how to save the data, see “Saving the configuration file” on<br />

page 109.<br />

3. On the left pane of the screen on the tree view displayed, right-click the cluster icon and<br />

click Cluster Generation Wizard. Use the Cluster Generation Wizard to create a cluster.<br />

For the Cluster Generation Wizard,, refer to Chapter 5, “Creating the cluster configuration<br />

data” in the Installation and Configuration <strong>Guide</strong>.<br />

Opening the configuration file<br />

Select Open to open the saved cluster configuration data. A tree view is displayed by the<br />

configuration file that has been read.<br />

Select this to restart editing a temporary file saved while editing the configuration data.<br />

How to use:<br />

1. Click Open from the File menu.<br />

2. The Open dialog is displayed. Select an appropriate configuration file and click Open. The<br />

data of the configuration file is displayed in the Builder.<br />

For File Name, select or type “clp.conf.”<br />
