1. Open Control Panel, and double-click Network Connections<br />

2. From the menu, click Advanced, and then click Advanced Settings. Select Adapters<br />

and Bindings tab.<br />

3. Change the order of the BindPath. The public LAN (the network adapter with which<br />

the WINS server address is registered) should be on the top. Adapters and Bindings<br />

tab should look similar to the following:<br />

Note 7 Communication by file sharing protocol (SMB/CIFS) using a virtual computer name<br />

owned by an activated group on the active server may fail due to an authentication<br />

error. Follow the procedures below to avoid the problem from occurring.<br />
