Displaying and changing the settings of group properties<br />

1. In the tree view in the left pane of the Builder, right-click the icon of the group that you<br />

want to show/change its settings of the attribute, and then click Properties.<br />

2. In the Group Properties dialog box, click the Attribute tab. Specify Startup Attribute,<br />

Failover Exclusive Attribute, Failover Attribute, and Failback Attribute of this group<br />

by following the procedures on the next page:<br />

Startup Attribute SuspendResume<br />

Select whether to automatically start the group from <strong>ExpressCluster</strong> (auto startup), or to manually<br />

start from the WebManager or by using the clpgrp command (manual startup) at the cluster<br />

startup.<br />

Failover Exclusive Attribute SuspendResume<br />

This attribute determines the server to which <strong>ExpressCluster</strong> automatically fails over. You can<br />

select from Off, Normal, and Absolute.<br />

Failover Attribute SuspendResume<br />

Select if the failover is per<strong>for</strong>med automatically when server fails.<br />

Failback Attribute SuspendResume<br />

Select if the failback is per<strong>for</strong>med automatically to the group when a server that has a higher<br />

priority than other server where the group is active is started. For groups that have mirror disk<br />

resources, select manual failback.<br />
