Setting or displaying operations at the occurrence<br />

of the emergency shutdown (armem command)<br />

armem.exe: the armem.exe command sets or displays the operation mode at the occurrence<br />

of emergency shutdown.<br />

Command line:<br />

armem.exe /M [shutdown | reboot | poweroff]<br />

Description This command sets or displays the operation mode at the occurrence of<br />

the emergency shutdown.<br />

Parameter<br />

Return Value<br />

/M Displays the current operation mode.<br />

/M shutdown This parameter is <strong>for</strong> compatibility. It functions in the<br />

same way as the poweroff parameter.<br />

/M reboot Reboots the server after shutdown.<br />

/M poweroff Powers off the server after shutdown.<br />

0 Success<br />

7 An error occurred in WIN32API.<br />

9 The parameter is invalid.<br />

Remarks This command can be specified only outside scripts.<br />

The default value of the operation mode immediately after the<br />

installation is “shutdown.”<br />

The operation mode specified by this command is valid until the<br />

<strong>ExpressCluster</strong> Server is uninstalled.<br />

The operation mode must be set <strong>for</strong> each server. The setting values are<br />

valid only on the server on which this command was run.<br />
