Section I Detailed functions of <strong>ExpressCluster</strong><br />

Window of the WebManager<br />

Note:<br />

Logs may not be downloaded properly if nothing is changed <strong>for</strong> more than 10 minutes.<br />

If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 or later, the window described above may not be<br />

displayed. If the window is not displayed, enable the setting “Automatic prompting <strong>for</strong> file<br />

downloads” in the security settings, and collect logs again. Logs may not be downloaded<br />

properly when the window shown above is left without any action <strong>for</strong> more than 10 minutes.<br />

If other modal dialog is displayed while collecting logs, the file saving dialog <strong>for</strong> the log<br />

collection will not be displayed. To display the file saving dialog, close the modal dialog.<br />

Updating the WebManager in<strong>for</strong>mation<br />

Update the in<strong>for</strong>mation displayed in the WebManager by clicking the Reload button in the title<br />

view in the upper part of the WebManager.<br />

Note:<br />

The in<strong>for</strong>mation in the WebManager is regularly updated and the latest status is not immediately<br />

displayed even if the status has changed. To display the latest in<strong>for</strong>mation, click the Reload<br />

button after per<strong>for</strong>ming an operation.<br />

To configure the automatic reload interval of the WebManager, from the shortcut menu, select<br />

Properties. In the properties dialog box, click the WebManager tab. Configure the Reload<br />

Interval.<br />

Some objects may be displayed in gray when communications to the connecting destination is<br />

disabled or <strong>ExpressCluster</strong> is not working at the access destination.<br />

Starting the Builder from the WebManager<br />

Click Start Builder to reboot the Builder in the title view on the upper part of the WebManager<br />

reboots the Builder. For details on the Builder, refer to Chapter 3, “Function of the Builder.”<br />
