Application Resource Tuning Properties<br />

Synchronous (Start)<br />

This setting is not available <strong>for</strong> a resident application.<br />

If the application is non-resident, select this to wait <strong>for</strong> the application to stop when it is run.<br />

Asynchronous (Start)<br />

This setting is not available <strong>for</strong> a resident application.<br />

If the application is non-resident, select this so as not to wait <strong>for</strong> the application to stop when it is<br />

run.<br />

Synchronous (Stop)<br />

If the application is resident, select this to wait <strong>for</strong> the currently running application to stop.<br />

If the application is non-resident, select this to wait <strong>for</strong> the application to stop when it is run.<br />

Asynchronous (Stop)<br />

If the application is resident, select this so as not to wait <strong>for</strong> the currently running application to<br />

stop.<br />

If the application is non-resident, select this so as not to wait <strong>for</strong> the application to stop when it is<br />

run.<br />

Timeout (Start) (0 to 9999) SuspendResume<br />

This setting is not available <strong>for</strong> a resident application.<br />

Configure the time-out value to wait (synchronous) <strong>for</strong> a non-resident application to stop when<br />

the application is run. A value can be entered only when Synchronous is selected. If the<br />

application does not stop within the time-out value set here, it is considered as an error.<br />
