armkill.exe: the armkill exe command terminates the application or service.<br />

Command line:<br />

armkill.exe watchID [/C | /T time]<br />

Description<br />

This command terminates the application or service that was started up<br />

by the ARMLOAD command.<br />

When one service is operated (monitoring target) with several<br />

ARMLOAD commands (when several ARMLOAD commands with /A<br />

option operate one service), the service is not terminated until<br />

ARMKILL is run <strong>for</strong> all watchID.<br />

/C<br />

/T time<br />

Specifies the monitoring ID of the application or service<br />

you want to terminate.<br />

Use the ID specified when the application or service was<br />

started up by the ARMLOAD command.<br />

Cancels the monitoring of the application or service but<br />

does not terminate the application or service.<br />

This parameter is optional. When omitted, the application<br />

or service is terminated. This parameter cannot be specified<br />

with the /T parameter.<br />

Sets the termination wait time of the application or service.<br />

The range that can be specified is from 0 to 3600 seconds.<br />

If 0 is specified, the command waits <strong>for</strong> the completion of<br />

termination of the application or service endlessly. This<br />

parameter is optional. When omitted, the wait time is set to<br />

40 seconds. This parameter cannot be specified with the /C<br />

parameter.<br />

0 Success (the target application or service was terminated).<br />

1 The application or service has already been terminated.<br />

2 The application or service was not terminated.<br />

(The application or service is being terminated.)<br />

8 The <strong>ExpressCluster</strong> Server service has not been started.<br />

9 The parameter is invalid.<br />
