Chapter 7 Monitor resource details<br />

Monitoring by IMAP4 monitor resources<br />

IMAP4 monitor resources connect to the IMAP4 server and execute the command to verify the<br />

operation. As a result of monitoring, the following is considered as an error:<br />

(1) When connection to the IMAP4 server fails.<br />

(2) When an error is notified as a response to the command.<br />

Displaying and changing the IMAP4 monitor resource details<br />

1. Click Monitors on the tree view displayed on the left side of the Builder window.<br />

2. List of the monitor resources is displayed in the table view on the right side of the screen.<br />

Right click the target IMAP4 monitor resource, and click the Parameter tab in the Monitor<br />

Resource Property window.<br />

3. On the Parameter tab, you can display and/or change the detailed settings by following the<br />

description below.<br />

IP Address SuspendResume<br />

Specify the IP address of the IMAP4 server to be monitored. You must specify this IP address. If<br />

it is multi-directional standby server, specify FIP.<br />

Default value: 127.0.0.1<br />

Port No. SuspendResume<br />

Specify the port number of the IMAP4 to be monitored. You must specify this port number.<br />

Default value: 143<br />
