Standard Editor<br />

Select here to use a standard editor (Notepad in <strong>Windows</strong>) as a script editor.<br />

External Editor<br />

Select here to specify an arbitrary script editor. Click Browse to specify the editor to be used.<br />

Monitor Type SuspendResume<br />

Select a monitor type.<br />

· Synchronous (Default)<br />

Custom monitor resources regularly run a script and detect errors from its error code.<br />

· Asynchronous<br />

Custom monitor resources run a script upon start monitoring and detect errors if the script<br />

process disappears.<br />

Normal Return Value (Within 1023 bytes) SuspendResume<br />

When Asynchronous is selected <strong>for</strong> Monitor Type, set the values of script error code to be<br />

determined as normal. If you want to set two or more values here, separate them by commas like<br />

0,2,3 or connect them with a hyphen to specify the range like 0-3.<br />

Default value: 0<br />

Displaying the custom monitor resource properties with the Web<br />

Manager<br />

1. Start the WebManager<br />

(http://FIP_address_<strong>for</strong>_the_WebManager_group: port_number (the default value is<br />

29003)).<br />

2. Click a custom monitor resources object, , in the tree view. The following in<strong>for</strong>mation<br />

is displayed in the list view.<br />
