Chapter 2 Functions of the Integrated WebManager 88 List view The information on the cluster and/or server selected in the tree view is displayed. How to verify the status of each object in the tree view of the Integrated WebManager You can visually verify the status of each object that consists of a cluster on the Integrated WebManager. The following shows the status of each object. (1) Whole cluster (2) Cluster (3) Server No. Icon Status Description (1) Whole cluster (2) Cluster (3) Server - No status Normal All servers have been started. Warning One or more server is down or in the suspended status. Error All servers are down or in the suspended status (isolated) . Unknown No information is acquired. Online Suspension (Network Partition Unsolved) Suspension (Isolated) The title view of the Integrated WebManager The server is running normally. The network partition cannot be solved, because the disk network partition resolution resource is in the error status. The server is shut down and rebooted. The cluster system did not stop or shut down the server. Offline or Unknown The server is not working, or no information is acquired. Section I Detailed functions of ExpressCluster The window of the Integrated WebManager How to register a cluster to the Integrated WebManager In the title view on the top of the Integrated WebManager window, click Register to register a cluster to the Integrated WebManager. Register Cluster dialog box is displayed. Manual Setting Enter the management IP or the actual IP address of the cluster server and the port number of the WebManager to register the cluster to the Integrated WebManager. IP address Enter the management IP of the cluster or the actual IP address of the cluster server. Port: Enter the port number of the WebManager (default value 29003). Click OK. If an IP address and/or port number is registered successfully, a cluster icon is added to the tree view. If it is not registered successfully, no icon is added. Check if IP address and Port are specified correctly and if a cluster is started. 89
