Chuang Tse. The purpose of learning and knowledge transfer to him<br />
is always the unity of man and nature, man and society, and harmony within<br />
man himself. The concept of the Teacher and the Student for him is the<br />
blend of the best thoughtful and practical traditions of the East and the West.<br />
Hesse sets it as a journey towards the “East”, as a symbolic trip to “dawn” of<br />
spirituality, where is the “home of the youth of the soul”. His worlds of Siddharta<br />
and Jozef Knechts are not just the utopias, but schools of life in one of<br />
the options of the future. Hesse predicts the final intersection of Man – learning,<br />
knowledge transfer, constant and meaningful teaching of young minds is<br />
one of the key solutions against possibilities of self-destruction, alienation and<br />

THE NEED FOR ETHICAL EDUCATION:<br />
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ETHICAL KNOWLEDGE<br />
IN THE HIGHER ECONOMICS EDUCATION<br />
Business ethics is a relatively new philosophical discipline, in the broad<br />
sense, a branch of social ethics oriented to questioning and evaluating business<br />
conduct of individuals and corporations in the (contemporary) business world.<br />
Business ethics arose in the last quarter of the 20th century from the pure business<br />
practice – from the need for “fair” and “justice” business conduct.<br />
Nowadays, business ethics has been in the public, academic milieu of the<br />
Western modern societies recognized as one of the crucial educational forms<br />
especially at higher, economically profiled institutions: faculties of economics,<br />
accredited colleges for business and management and the like. Analyzing<br />
socio-cultural, political and economic milieu of some European societies that<br />
have gone through certain social, juridical, political and economic metamorphoses<br />
in the last twenty years – since the fall of the Berlin Wall – what we<br />
can notice is a certain decline: decline of the basic human, i.e. social values,<br />
in the Aristotelian theoretical manner, that shape the structure of the social dimension<br />
of human life: social and economic justice, economic equality, social<br />
