Entry Criteria • Sponsor commitment to proceed with the appraisal has been documented.<br />

• <strong>Appraisal</strong> objectives and constraints have been documented.<br />

• Initial data have been received and analysis has been completed.<br />

• PIIs <strong>for</strong> the organizational unit<br />

• Initial objective evidence review<br />

• Data collection status<br />
