1.4.1 Prepare Participants<br />

The appraisal record includes the latest version<br />

of the appraisal input, which was originally<br />

agreed to by the sponsor in 1.1.5.<br />

As described in 3.2.2, this may be an identification<br />

of the objective evidence rather than a<br />

full or partial copy of the actual evidence. A<br />

suitable implementation <strong>for</strong> the intent of this<br />

requirement might be the set of PIIs used <strong>for</strong><br />

practice characterization in 2.2.<br />
