Purpose<br />

Preserve important data and records from the appraisal, and dispose of<br />

sensitive materials in an appropriate manner.<br />

Entry Criteria • <strong>Appraisal</strong> has been conducted.<br />

• Results have been delivered to the sponsor.<br />

• All appropriate data have been collected and retained during the appraisal.<br />

captured lessons and data to help improve the appraisal process. Requirements<br />

<strong>for</strong> providing appraisal artifacts to stakeholders and the <strong>CMMI</strong> Steward are<br />

met.<br />

Exit Criteria • <strong>Appraisal</strong> assets are baselined and archived.<br />

• Required reports are delivered to the appropriate stakeholders.<br />

• Artifacts containing sensitive in<strong>for</strong>mation are disposed of in an<br />

appropriate manner.<br />
