SUMMARY OF KEY POINTS:
Initial activity started well, particularly in BTEC, with practical work happening
with local stakeholders.
Preparation for visioning events on schedule for following 3 weeks.
Focus for next 2 weeks must be to push ownership with project leads to allow TSO
to engage with all projects.
Governance structure finalised ready for agreement
Reporting and tracking systems under development for review by steering group
on Thursday
Central repository created to capture all plans submitted on 13th - to be further
refined as plans develop
Preparations made to present to Clinical Exec Team next week
Meeting held with Mike Sharon & Jayne Dunn to review development of
roadmap in relation to IBP
