6.0 Conclusion and recommendations<br />

The Innovation health and Wealth report could have quite significant implications<br />

for this Trust.<br />

An action plan will need to be developed once further details emerge to ensure<br />

that the Trust is able to respond appropriately to the challenges set out in the<br />

document.<br />

The Board is asked to consider and discuss the report and to receive an update on<br />

progress in May <strong>2012</strong>.<br />
