2 Minutes of the previous meeting SWBFT (11/11) 081<br />

The minutes of the previous meeting were accepted as a true and accurate record<br />

of the discussions held on 24 November 2011.<br />

AGREEMENT: The minutes of the previous meeting were approved.<br />

3 Update on actions arising from previous meetings Verbal<br />

It was noted that there were no overdue actions or actions that required<br />

escalating for attention.<br />

4 FT Programme Critical Path<br />

The FT Programme Board received and noted the updated FT Programme Critical<br />

Path.<br />

Mr Sharon advised that the Historical Due Diligence audit was underway and<br />

would be completed shortly. It was reported that interviews had been set up with<br />

Non Executive Directors and that at present the Critical Path suggested that there<br />

would be a Board to Board meeting with the Strategic Health Authority early in<br />
