The tourism and hospitality industry invests heavily in building new structures and<br />
renovating and converting existing ones. This unit introduces the key features of<br />
sustainable building siting, design and construction. They make buildings more<br />
durable, comfortable, and cheaper to operate and maintain, while facilitating the<br />
implementation of EMS during occupation.<br />
