Speed’ → ‘Installati<strong>on</strong> Drawings’. First choose engine<br />

series, then engine type and select ‘Engine<br />

The dimensi<strong>on</strong>s of the seating stated in Figs.<br />

5. 2.0 and 5. 2.02 are for guidance <strong>on</strong>ly.<br />

The engine <str<strong>on</strong>g>is</str<strong>on</strong>g> designed for mounting <strong>on</strong> epoxy<br />

chocks, EoD 4 82 02, in which case the underside<br />

of the bedplate’s lower flanges has no taper.<br />

The epoxy types approved by <strong>MAN</strong> <strong>Diesel</strong> are:<br />

• ‘Chockfast Orange PR 6 0 TCF’ from<br />

ITW Philadelphia Resins Corporati<strong>on</strong>, USA<br />

• ‘Durasin’ from Daemmstoff<br />

• ‘Epocast 36’ from<br />
