Top bracing should <strong>on</strong>ly be installed <strong>on</strong> <strong>on</strong>e side,<br />

either the exhaust side or the manoeuvring side.<br />

If top bracing has to be installed <strong>on</strong> manoeuvring<br />

side, please c<strong>on</strong>tact <strong>MAN</strong> <strong>Diesel</strong>.<br />

As the rigidity of the casing structure to which<br />

the top bracing <str<strong>on</strong>g>is</str<strong>on</strong>g> attached <str<strong>on</strong>g>is</str<strong>on</strong>g> most important, it<br />

<str<strong>on</strong>g>is</str<strong>on</strong>g> recommended that the top bracing <str<strong>on</strong>g>is</str<strong>on</strong>g> attached<br />

directly into a deck.<br />

In the axial directi<strong>on</strong> of the hydraulic top bracing:<br />
