The required heating temperature for different oil<br />

chart’. The chart <str<strong>on</strong>g>is</str<strong>on</strong>g> based <strong>on</strong> informati<strong>on</strong> from oil<br />

suppliers regarding typical marine fuels with v<str<strong>on</strong>g>is</str<strong>on</strong>g>cosity<br />

index 70�80.<br />

Since the v<str<strong>on</strong>g>is</str<strong>on</strong>g>cosity after the heater <str<strong>on</strong>g>is</str<strong>on</strong>g> the c<strong>on</strong>trolled<br />

parameter, the heating temperature may vary,<br />

depending <strong>on</strong> the v<str<strong>on</strong>g>is</str<strong>on</strong>g>cosity and v<str<strong>on</strong>g>is</str<strong>on</strong>g>cosity index of<br />

the fuel.<br />

Recommended v<str<strong>on</strong>g>is</str<strong>on</strong>g>cosity meter setting <str<strong>on</strong>g>is</str<strong>on</strong>g> 0� 5 cSt.<br />
