The number of words referring to pregnancy, barrenness, 8fc.,
used by St. Luke is almost as targe as that used by Hippocrates.
Besides * avXXaplddveiv, he employs * avXXapfddvsiv kv yaarpi

" And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb,"
