All Ministries/Departments were requested to take necessary action along with their attached/subordinate offices<br />
and undertakings under their control.<br />
3. All Ministries/Departments are again requested to take necessary action regarding constitution of Cadre for Hindi<br />
Officers/Employees working in their subordinate offices/undertakings and organ<strong>iz</strong>ations etc. so that they may be provided<br />
sufficient avenues of promotion.<br />
4. Action taken in this regard may also be intimated to the Department of Official Language.
