IMPLEMENTATION COMMITTEES IN REGIONAL OFFICIAL LANGUAGE CONFERENCES<br />

1. HOLDING OF MEETINGS BY THE COMMITTEE : 15<br />
(a) Holding two meetings during a year according to the calendar<br />
issued by the Deptt. of Official Language =15<br />
(b) Holding of two meetings in a year or according to the calendar =13<br />
(c) Holding one meeting according to the calendar =08<br />
(d) Holding one meeting but not according to the calendar =05<br />
(e) Holding two meetings but not according to the calendar =10<br />
2. AGENDA : 10<br />
(a) Preparing of agenda according to the D.O.L's O.M.No. 12027/39/88-<br />
