Aneks 10 – Penggunaan Radiasi PengionDalam Pembuatan <strong>Obat</strong>20. Idealnya, hendaklah digunakandosimeter referensi pada pelaksanaankegiatan pemetaan dosis karenapresisinya lebih tinggi. Penggunaandosimeter rutin diperbolehkan namundisarankan untuk meletakkan dosimeterreferensi tersebut berdampingandengan dosimeter rutin pada posisidosis minimum <strong>dan</strong> maksimum yangdiharapkan <strong>dan</strong> pada posisipemantauan rutin dari masing-masingwadah iradiasi replikasi. Nilai dosis yangdiobservasi akan berbentuk sekumpulandata ketidakpastian secara acak yangdapat diestimasi dari variasi dalampengukuran berulang.21. Dosis minimum yang diobservasi,sebagai hasil pengukuran dengandosimeter rutin, yang penting untukmemastikan bahwa semua wadahiradiasi menerima dosis minimum yangdiperlukan, akan diatur berdasarkanvariabilitas acak dosimeter rutin yangdigunakan.22. Parameter yang dipakai selama prosesiradiasi hendaklah dijaga konstan,dipantau, <strong>dan</strong> dicatat selama kegiatanpemetaan dosis. Ideally, reference dosimeters should beused for the dose mapping exercisebecause of their greater precision.Routine dosimeters are permissible but itis advisable to place referencedosimeters beside them at the expectedpositions of minimum and maximumdose and at the routine monitoringposition in each of the replicateirradiation containers. The observedvalues of dose will have an associatedrandom uncertainty which can beestimated from the variations in replicatemeasurements.21. The minimum observed dose, asmeasured by the routine dosimeters,necessary to ensure that all irradiationcontainers receive the minimum requireddose will be set in the knowledge of therandom variability of the routinedosimeters used.22. Irradiator parameters should be keptconstant, monitored and recorded duringdose mapping. The records, togetherwith the dosimetry results and all otherrecords generated, should be retained.Electron Beam IrradiatorsDesign23. The absorbed dose received by aparticular portion of an irradiatedproduct depends primarily on thefollowing factors:a) the characteristics of the beam,which are: electron energy, averagebeam current, scan width and scanuniformity;b) the conveyor speed;c) the product composition anddensity;d) the composition, density andthickness of material between theoutput window and the particularportion of product; ande) the output window to containerdistance.Edisi 2009 - 96 - 2009 Edition
