Administrator PermissionsIn CyberAudit-Web Professional, all administrators can see all sections. Permissions determinewhich sections of CyberAudit-Web an administrator can modify.Access to locks - Required for modifying cells in the Access Matrix. Also allows creating,modifying, and deleting schedules and holidays.Lock properties - Enables adding, removing, and naming CyberLocks and CyberPoints,including importing. Also allows assigning a Multi-key Mode / Open Delay if that option isenabled.People properties - Allows adding and removing people, including importing, and editing theirname, email, PIN, phone number, Department or ID, address, and notes.Key properties - Allows issuing and removing keys assigned to people. Enables setting theirbeeper, solennoid hold times and designating them as lost.Reports and email notifications - Enables adding, editing, and deleting reports andnotifications.Communicator properties and options - Allows adding, editing, and deleting all types ofCyberAudit-Web communicators as well as setting up default behaviors and network settings.System options - Allows setting up default behaviors in these system areas:Access Matrix -Hide individual locksHide individual peopleDisplay properties of lock and lock tag labelsLocks -Display or hide multi-key/delay settingsKeys -Set key options and default expirationSystem -Delete system log filesCreate, delete, or restore system backup filesSet the target folder(s) for database backupsUse CyberAudit-Web to check for updatesSet date and time optionstrim audit trail and journal data
