LAN Authorizer DetailsName - Name assigned to the Authorizer hub.ID - Serial number of the hub assigned at the factory. A hub that has communicated withthe system will have an ID with the format hXXXXXXXX.Firmware - Indicates the version number of software running in the Authorizer.IP AddressSubnet Mask - Network settings for the hub.GatewayKeyport 1 NameKeyport 2 Name - Authorizer hubs support up to 2 keyports. It is important to assign aunique location name to each keyport because user key activity can then be traced tothese locations with dates and times.Keyport 1 IDKeyport 2 ID - Serial number of the keyport. The system automatically discovers and fillsin this value.Type - Indicates the mode of communications to the server.Network - Authorizer will communicate with the server by a network connection only.Local Modem - Authorizer communicates with the server by a network connection.Its modem serves as a communication link between the server and remote modemAuthorizers.
Remote Modem - Communicates with the server by phone line via one or two localmodem Authorizers.Local Properties - Local Modem Authorizers may be toggled to either dial any remotemodem Authorizer in the database or only those on a given list.Remote Properties - Remote Modem Authorizers must have at least one Local Authorizerto dial. A second one may be selected if desired.Audit Trail - Generates a report of activities logged by the LAN Authorizer.
