Designating a Lost Key with Disabling PointsWhen a key is lost, it may be designated as lost in CyberAudit-Web. Doing so tellsCyberAudit-Web to disable that key if it docks with a communicator.Lost System Key InstructionsMark a Key as Not Lost and Reset Disabling Points1. Find the key inthe Keyswindow, clickon its row, andchoose"Properties."2. Click the LostKey link in theKey or Cardsection of thePropertiespage.
3. Select the This key is Lost option. Check the box to automatically create a Programming Job Number, if desired.Then choose which locks should be set as disabling points. When the key contacts one of these disabling locks, thekey is denied access and becomes disabled for all of its access permissions.4. Click Save.5. The disablingpoints will bedisplayed toconfirm theselected lockswill need to beupdated. ClickSave toproceed. Thiswill causechange iconsto appear forthe designatedlocks.
