Person section:Name - The person's name will appear in the system and in email notifications exactly how it isdisplayed here.Email - If email notifications are enabled, this is the address to which corresponding emails willbe sent.PIN - If PINs are required to update keys, this is where they are assigned. PINs increasesecurity because they authenticate that the person updating the key is the same personassigned to have that key.Phone Number - A phone number the person can be reached at.Department or ID - An identifier such as employee ID. This field may used to identify the uniquePeople record. It is called personnel ID when using people import operations.Address - Home address.Notes - Any additional information pertaining to the person.Tags - The tags associated with the person are listed in the "Selected Tags" window. Availabletags are listed in the "Available Tags" window. A filter is available for finding tags quickly.Show in Matrix - Displays the Access Matrix with a filter applied for the selected person todisplay the tags and locks this person and this person"s tags may access.Accessible Locks - Generates a report showing the person's access permissions to locksand Doors via the Access Matrix, tags, and master key. Clicking on the link shows the details ofthese access permissions sorted by lock.Audit Trail - Generates a lock access audit trail logged for the person.Comm Log - Generates a report of key status logged by communicators when a CyberKeyis downloaded.Delete - Removes the selected people tag record after confirmation.
